Frimley Hospital

Recently InnoVfoam commissioned a foam extinguishing system for the new helideck platform of the Frimley Park Hospital in England.

InnoVfoam received the assignment from Bayards, manufacturer of aluminium helidecks. The commissioning took place on 24 may 2012 and was attended by delegates of the Frimley Park Hospital, aviation authorities, the fire brigade and inspection institutions. To demonstrate the effectivety of the system, a layer of foam was applied by two remotely controlled fire monitors. In Frimley, the proportioning of (fluor free) foam to the fire water happens by means of a very reliable foam proportioning system with a bladdertank.
