Medium Expansion Foam Generator
The Medium Expansion Foam Generator is a generator intended for fixed installations. Generally used for coverage of bunded and diked areas, incinerator plants, loading facilities, jetties, spill fires, control of vapor relese from toxic or flamable liquid spill or protection of loading facillities where medium expantion foam is needed. The generators are used with most types of foam systems like foam pumps, bladder tanks or In-line proportioners. The generator normally operates between 3 to 5 bar inlet pressure. -
Balanced Pressure Proportioner
Various types of foam proportioners for precisely proportioning foam concentrate in the water-stream of an extinguishing system can be used. The choice of proportioner depends on a number of factors: the type of extinguishing system, the required capacity, and the available energy, space (inside/outside/size) and pressure. -
Pop-Up Nozzle
Nozzle for deck integrated fire fighting system (DIFFS). Designed for installation in any deck where there is access from below for installation and to hook up water supply. The nozzle has an housing like a bulkhead pipe with lock nut and water supply connection to be installed permanently in the deck. A pop-up spray nozzle cartridge is installed in to this housing from topside. The cartridge can be removed for flushing, cleaning and pressure testing -
Reliable Proportioners
Various types of foam proportioners for precisely proportioning foam concentrate in the water-stream of an extinguishing system can be used. The choice of proportioner depends on a number of factors: the type of extinguishing system, the required capacity, and the available energy, space (inside/outside/size) and pressure. -
Electronic foam Proportioning system
Accurate foam proportioning is critical in fire fighting applications. Regulations such as NFPA-11 show different ways for inducing foam concentrate at a foam fire fighting system. The innoVfoam Electronic Foam Proportioning System (EFPS) meets NFPA-11 regulations. This system is accurate, simple, compact and suitable for any type o foam concentrate or system. It’s wide flow range makes is suitable for both sprinkler and deluge applications. Thanks to our special InnoVfoam software, the system operates without dedicated electronically operated control valves. Special flow meter-operated speed control, combined with a VdS-approved gear pump, guarantees accurate operation within range. -
Inbal Control Valve
The Inbal Electrically Actuated Control Valve is specifically designed for use in fire protection systems controlled electrically by automatic or manual release. The series 700D-02C01/2/3/4 consists of Inbal Automatic Water Control Valve series 700D and an Electric Actuator. The Inbal Valve is an automatic streamline sleeve control valve which utilizes only the line pressure as a source of energy to operate. -
Vertical bladdertank with built-in proportioner
The InnoVfoam bladdertank system is a system for mixing foam concentrate with water. A major advantage of the bladdertank system is that it can be installed in the main flow and subsequently doesn't need an external energy supply. The integrated water reference test option offers a functionality test without foam consumption. -
Fluorinated foam concentrate
In order to make water suitable for extinguishing flammable liquids (Class B fires), a fixed percentage of foam concentrate is added. The foam formed by mixing in air can be used as an extinguishing agent. In order to make water more effective in extinguishing combustible solid materials (Class A fires), a low percentage of foam concentrate is added to increase its penetration power. -
Reliable Proportioners
Various types of foam proportioners for precisely proportioning foam concentrate in the water-stream of an extinguishing system can be used. The choice of proportioner depends on a number of factors: the type of extinguishing system, the required capacity, and the available energy, space (inside/outside/size) and pressure. -
Lift monitor
In collaboration with Europoles Swiss, InnoVfoam BV has developed a new concept for fire monitors at height. Conventional steel towers are generally equipped with cage ladders and platforms used in performing mainte-nance work on the monitors. The InnoVfoam-Europoles concept consists of a mast made of pre-stressed concrete with a lowering mechanism fitted to the exterior. The monitor can be lowered using a sled, allowing maintenance to be conducted at ground level. -
Electric Fire Monitor
The InnoVfoam fire monitor type FWM-EL was designed as compact and reliable device. Horizontal and vertical positioning is accomplished by remotely controlled electric motors, equipped with insulated handles to facilitate safe manual override. The Fog/Jet nozzle type FJN can be adjusted between full jet and spray modes by a separate electric motor. The capacity of the unit can be adjusted such that the best performance possible at the given water pressure in regard to throw length and jet-pattern is achieved.
